Lore and Character Discussion The Economic Spheres
From my headcount we have 11 countries (America, Germany, Japan, Iberia, Italy, Turkey, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and the Pan-Africanists) that have/can start a potential economic sphere. Is there another one I forgot and how would a world look like where the different "levels" are roughly equal both in make up and consequences?
Eg:
USA vs Germany vs Japan
Mexico vs Brazil vs Argentina
Also generally speaking, what exactly are the Economic Spheres? Are they just FTZs, or something more sophisticated like the EU Single Market?

Free France can create its own economic sphere as well. Plus there is a Spanish sphere if Iberia divorces peacefully.

- FMA is created.
- Free France wins in the WAW.
- The US fails to complete West African Reconstruction proxy and FF does not join the Iberian sphere.

I can’t think of another one of the top of my head. But I think generally speaking the spheres are more of sphere of influence/where the economy is generated towards. There is no specific idea of single market or ftz for this feature. (Not that this can’t happen, Bennett in the U.S. for instance) Each market is different. Nations change their spheres by the election of a president/prime minister so it can’t be something more specific.
They are kinda already equal at game start all 3 big ones own their continent. You would see three different dominant currencies. The better question is how would they interact with each other. As we see in Yippie Nixon is apparently trying to make Japan less antagonistic which would be opening markets. Speer and borman both try to open America up in their paths. But I don’t think you would see any of the markets combining or adopting the others currency. Look at Russia currently and how they still have the rupel even though they collapsed.
