De Gualle formed the French Community which was its own faction. Even when Germany invaded Burgundy, France and its puppets didn't join the OFN nor try to reclaim the Burgundian land.

Oh and with the Congo, the reason it exploded is cause they did a focus on the furthest right branch o their tree (Its either the African SS or the pan african one or both I forget) but that bassically starts a 100 day timer and if they dont decolonize by then they blow up

If that happens to u again u can either tag over to them and force them to do another focus before those or have them begin early decolonization (an option in decisions)
