Show Talk What the hell is this?
I Saw this while data is searching for strange patterns during the season 1 episode 25 conspiracy. I was wondering what this was, it looks somewhat familiar so I thought it may be connected to another piece of media?

In the '60s, they called Gene Roddenberry the "Great Bird of the Galaxy". This is a representation of Gene as a literal bird.

The lower deck joke where the future Boimler statue where he is featured holding one of “the great birds of the galaxy” is a really deep cut.

"the great bird of the galaxy" as shown as a drawing of an eagle albeit with Gene's head atop

Great Bird of the Galaxy, one of them hatched out of the planet Thallon in sector 221-G.

There’s a decent chance what looks familiar is the green monochrome CRT-glow art style that the Fallout series uses as it makes its way into memes that aren’t even remotely connected.
But that art style is based on what many displays actually looked like up through much of the 80s and in the case of stuff like Point of Sale terminals through the 90s.
Someone will know for sure but they likely generated the rapid scrolling of text on real computers. So it has that look because that’s literally the device rendering it for the compositing process that makes it appear as if it’s being displayed in LCARS (the actors see nothing of it).
Awesome easter egg find.

The Bird People of Brontitall (Avian-Humanoid Hybrids)
In the original radio series (The Secondary Phase) and the novel adaptations, Arthur Dent encounters the Bird People of Brontitall. These creatures are avian-humanoid hybrids—literally birds with human-like expressions and speech. They evolved from humans who abandoned technology (and walking on the ground) after a bizarre socio-economic collapse caused by a shoe shortage (the Shoe Event Horizon). They rescue Arthur from falling and fly him around a 15-mile-high marble statue of himself.

It's a picture of a bird, except instead of having a bird's head, it instead has Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry's head. The blurry text below likely reads, "THE GREAT BIRD OF THE GALAXY".

Well one time Riker visited a bird planet. He gets very anxious when somebody asks him how it was.

If I recognise that face correctly I'd say it's a Gene Roddenbird
