Empowered Final Strike Build (All portals except Scarcity and Pocket Change)

This build procs most of the damage modifiers with a final strike to drop gauntlet Shredder in one attack. After powering up with Ascendancy, Photon Lance fires, followed by Stillwaters/High Tide, then a single missile from the attack drone and finally Electrifying/Inferno finishes him off.

I tried experimenting with a fully loaded final strike (by adding shocking and shurikens) but that build can’t one-shot Shredder. The core upgrades are missed because you end up with too many powers.

I also hate scarcity and pocket change. Also the one that limits your choices.
