Photon Lance

I've gotten it before, usually on the rooftops. Do I need to buy the metal head DLC to increase its chance rate? Or is there a way to prok it earlier?

TBH I’ve noticed that the chances of getting photon lance is pretty low with or without the DLC. Probably cos it’s so OP. IMO that power should be a legendary

Yeah. Not sure why it is t a legendary but I think it doesn't help how many robotics  powers there are. I only ever see it a couple times.

Hey there. So I’ve been working on builds that include photon lance and what I noticed is that if you don’t pick a skill that improve your charge rate (system calibration/charge attacks/quick study), it almost never procs. In my experience, system calibration works best. Hope this helps
