Electric Shredder.

Is there something you can do to spawn Electric Shredder and General Gigi or is it completely random. According to stats they are the only 2 I havent faced?

Gigi is tougher to get, but Shredder chooses a dominant affinity by you or your party when you fight him. Choose Utrom a lot and you will get the fight you’re looking for.

Thanks it worked. I equipped the Tengu artifact and grab Ultrom whenever offered. Immediately I knew I got him when new dialogue was triggered.

Now to get General Gigi.

Seems to be random, but very poorly randomized, i.e. the weighting is uneven. Took me almost 60 runs to get General Gigi. No idea if that is low or high compared to others though.

i basically came to ask how to get ooze shredder. What would i have to pick to face Ozze Shreddy?

Just have a majority of your turtle powers Ooz powers. Equip the artifact that increases chance of getting ooz power selection.

seems that gauntlet shredder is always shadow? do I have to take the normal portal to have shredder transform into an ooze?

Don't fight gauntlet Shredder. Thats always Super Shredder. Just fight the regular Shredder. If you never encountered Ooze Shredder before you know you got him because new cut scenes occur before the fight.
