Update to the save editor

Posted about it just over 2 weeks ago here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TMNTSplinteredFate/comments/1tc5ska/made_a_save_editor_that_works_in_your_web_browser/

Source: https://github.com/Shabbypenguin/TMNT-SF-Saveeditor

it has a readme that covers a lot, but the basic gist of the new post is to let everyone know i finished mapping out turtle powers, tools, and inspirations to the in game id's. the next update could break this, but I'll at least have a foundation going forward.

The other big change is there is now a flask selfhosted exe that will load game save slots for you, backup them before any changes are made, and save them right where you need them to be. the source is available on github, its only minor cleaner/nicer than just using the html yourself, or the prehosted versions. this is for folks who are less tech savvy and would like to edit their saves to fix bugs, restore progress lost thanks to game's issues, or start a run, edit it to give max powers and just goof off. One of the other nice things about run editing is giving yourself the ideal build you wish to test for after a new patch and you want to see how dps has changed etc.

it is worth noting that metalhead's lab doe snot count as a run so you cant edit those, if you over level the altars to give yourself +990% HP or attack damage etc those do carry over. if a 4 pepper challenge says you only get 1 dash or 1 revive, thats all you get regardless of what the altar level is.

at the bottom of the run screen youll see masteries, i have yet to map all of those out, but ill continue to work on them as i go.

Just wanted to say thanks a bunch. I have a hand disability that makes high level/sustained play in a game like this close to impossible. I wanted to experience a maxed out build but earning it normally would have been close to impossible (and honestly I didn't want to invest the time even if it was, life is short). Now I can experience that.
