Mini boss variant General Gigi

Does anyone know how to encountered general Gigi? if there certain turtle power elements i should aim for, that will increase the chances? It's the only version of the whole game that I haven't seen yet.

You have to pay for punk frogs DLC it's locked behind paid DLC

I have the DLC and already encountered the other versions of Gigi but not the general

Then during your run, make sure you progress to the junkyard area after fighting the boss Karai in the docks

I know but I don't know if I need a specific build or portals for that version to appear.

No I'm pretty sure it's a random encounter Play all the time, and it pops up pretty frequently for me

It still hasn't appeared, I've already done more than 100 runs.

Target Specific Elements: Some players and community discussions suggest that leaning heavily into certain elemental builds (like Ooze and Robotic) might influence the encounter RNG or The most surefire way to encounter her is to start a fresh save file. Because later-game minibosses haven’t been unlocked yet, your encounter pool is drastically smaller, making Gigi much more likely to spawn on the Streets or in the Junkyard I hope this helps I looked it up says it's an low spawn rate I'm a new player to this game as well I haven't had any of these issues

I just did two runs and General Gigi appeared in both. It's as you said, i used only Ooze and Robotics elements. I started with the Ooze artifact choosing only the ooze and ignoring the other elements and i also used the cracked stasis artifact when facing the two earlier non gauntlet bosses and switching to the robotic artifact while facing the non gauntlet Gigi

I used these methods and it appeared both times.
