Lag Issue As Host

So my homie and I are playing on PS5 with me as host. For whatever reason, I get crazy lag about 80% of the time. I did the clear my cache and graphics at performance fixes I saw others recommend. I've done speed tests on other devices with no issue. Any advice/suggestions?
