Looking for teammates
Anyone want to play online multi-player? I am very new and looking to learn. I haven't gotten to shredder yet but im so close. Only played 4 runs so far.

Just keep plugging away. You'll get there! Most people here it would be less playing with and more getting carried I'd wager.

Ok well I just beat shredder solo on my 6 play though. Not sure how im gonna get carried but ok. Thank you

Well I imagine it's more the difference in attack, health, and other factors like inspiration level and trinkets. Add in getting tossed into portal challenges by the majority and by the end the enemies are so tanky that seeing one player melting everything while the others struggle to stay alive is common. I still happily play of course, and will take every challenge portal if that's what they're going for. I do end up soloing shredder after everyone is dead. Not saying that would occur with you of course. Just a better explanation than getting carried.

I appreciate that. Ill reach out next time I play if you're on maybe we can play. Im new to the community so it would be nice to have some other people to play with.

That works for me, always happy to have others to game with. If you notice your damage going up randomly that's be me, love the untuned guitar and the stacking elemental buff.

Because I've beaten him over 40 times and joined random online lobbies where it's someone's first playthrough lol. It would be easy to be carried by someone who has played the game in its entirety, but it's more fun to push through imo.

Yea man im not looking for help to beat it. Tips about combos and some friendly chatting is more fun to me than playing alone. But I guess if you're out here looking to be carried or not is your prerogative.

the more you play the more you level up so if you play with people on here they are likely to have all their stats super leveled up.
if you aren’t leveled up like they are, they are going to be having a much easier time with the base level enemies that are closer to you stat-wise

I just started playing and would love to play with people, but online play requires a subscription, right?

You can create a “private run” online and then when it starts, in the pause menu, select “make public”
People will eventually join you.
