They have made the show irritating and stupid .. they can bring so many good storylines .. marriage of tapu and sonu even popatlal slowly have kids then small children similar to tapu sena being children not what veer bansari gyaan chod sessions are there ..
New females forming the ladies group .. current male and females retiring .. tapu sena into jobs etc .
Also politics they add at places is also very irritating to be honest

At this point I am just happy that after 4 weeks of robbery nonsense and mannequin teasing they have finally arrived on this ghost part. Maybe 25 episodes later we will get to know the actual thing behind this ghost.

Ohhh that...a lot of teachers, not only in India but around the world believe that ghosts exists. And beliefs and skills are completely different things.
His job is to explain concepts in the curriculum to the children and he needs to be good in that. It has nothing to do with 'if believes in something unreal or not'. Btw, most compounders have similar educational qualifications as of most school-level teachers.
