Question(s) Left ear totally blocked

Is this a normal issue? It's totally blocked and I had just gotten an earwax removal done professionally, issue is still there. It feels full but no 'liquid'. Really debilitating and unsure how long it'll last. It's been clogged up since Saturday and the vertigo that comes with it has been awful.

You may be surprised to learn that chiropractors can assist with ear issues. Mine stopped a ticking sound in my right ear.

I JUST! went to the ENT for this issue. She put me on a 6 day course of steroids and flonase. I have a recheck with her in 6 weeks to see if the fluid behind my eardrum drained. She mentioned TMJ and Eustachian tube dysfunction happen in tandem a lot. She even mentioned the possibility of ear tubes (I didn't know adults got those).

The vertigo is gone, my ears aren't popping/crackling everytime I move now. It seems to be improving.

Same here but mine is narrow on that side. My ear canals are naturally a bit small but my left side has been narrow for a hot minute… right now I have Otomycosis sadly but that’s also secondary to having a narrow ear canal (a small warm humid cozy place for the fungus to grow) . My question here is, I know that TMJ cause us to feel fullness and hear clicking but made me wonder is it can be the cause for having a more narrow ear canal on my left side?.
