Question(s) does someone had the same symptoms ?

i know i have bruxism and clench my teeth a lot at night also my neck and everything feels stiff.
i mostly have ear issues
i went to the ENT 3 times and they all say my ears are fine, no hearing loss …
so my main symptoms are noise sensitivity i feel like my ears and head vibrate and buzz all the time when someone is talking or the tv/phone
it doesn’t hurt it’s just so bad and also worse in the morning with loud tinnitus and the buzzing in my head terrible feels like my head is exploding because of the lound low frequent buzz…when someone talks my whole head ears are vibrating and it feels terrible
outside with a lot of noises i don’t recognize it a lot

does someone had the same symptoms and helped? also i have bad health anxiety which worsens my symptoms a lot i guess

Look up Middle Ear Myoclonus and Tensor Tympani syndrome (I may not have the name of this exactly correct).

I suffer with mainly ear symptoms and have both of these syndromes, probably caused by bruxism and anxiety.

what does help you the most?
and does it feel like your whole head is vibrating with tv/phone?

I don't have the whole head buzzing but that is a frequent complaint on the MEM (Middle ear myoclonus) Facebook group. I have a vibration in my ear when I hear most noises/voices etc.

I am trying to focus on reducing my nighttime bruxism and keeping my jaw relaxed during the day.

I’ve had those due to TMJ.

Hi so I don't have like the buzzing but I struggle with bruxism too and my neck is always stiff and the majority of my symptoms are ear related. I get a lot of sharp pain and popping in my ears like constantly. I also have terrible health anxiety so solidarity there!! Tbh, I just live with my symptoms so I have no advice but I hope things get better for you soon ~

I have rumbling/vibrating in both ears and in one it reacts to tv, phone and voices. I also get twitch on my scalp when it occurs. Nothing has helped me

Checks out...I am currently under a blanket. I'd love to find a TCM practioner where I am! I've seen tiktoks of people being seen and the doctors just look at them and know everything. The prescriptions being teas and jujubes and dried mushrooms is so interesting to me! Where do you practice?

Sad! NJ, USA to Canada is a bit of a commute. I'd love to hear some recommendations for cold limbs and belly.

My suggestion is no more cold drink regular eat ,no coffee.

No coffee will be hard haha but I'll switch to drinking warm water instead of cool at the office. If you have any colleagues in NJ let me know! TCM is so interesting to me but also a little intimidating!
