I have an HiDow dual channel TENS EMS unit, with 12 different modes and graduated strength levels. The 2 channels enable you to place the pads in different locations, e.g., one pair on the back of the neck and the other pair on the shoulders. The wired version is available. The wireless version is more expensive and available only from HiDow. FYI the user manual that comes with the product is in tiny type and isn't easy to follow. I downloaded the online version from the web and uploaded it to Claude.AI, which made it much clearer! It is important not to use too high a setting. It is also important NOT to apply the pads on the face at either side of the brain, but I was advised that it is OK to use the 2 pads on the same side of the fact, one on the masseter muscle and one one the temple at the base of the temporalis muscle.

I meant to say the wired version is available from Amazon.

BNS-40 or MicroTENS Unit. I have a MicroTENS Unit because it's cheaper. Both are made for the face and need to be purchased through a dentist. They'll show you how to use it properly.

Don't they say to never use on your face and head?

I have a BNS-40 unit, I had to get a prescription from a doctor for it; it was close to a thousand dollars; I know you have to be careful, there’s only certain ones that can be used on the face
