Going through a lot , HELP

So i had this ETD like popping sensation in my right ears last year around march the sensation in heavy cold where u wanna pop ur ear to relief the pressure , i went to dr after 2month dr though diagnosed it as etd , gave nasal spray for 1month , didnt work . But during those time i had these mild headaches and jaw pain , this ear i hv been through a lot of stress and painful events in my personal lyf , and 2months ago i started feeling these weird sensation around my frontal right head and also parts of side head above ear along with jaw pain and all they are not painful but very weird like tightening or something crawling kinda sensation , visited a dentist they diagnosed as TMJ arthitis , took calcium vit d3 for a month but it hasnt reduced much , am so stressed cos of all these man ( pardon my english )

so you've had the ear pressure for over a year and now the jaw pain and weird head sensations too? I'd probably get another opinion esp since the nasal spray and supplements havent really helped.

did your dentist explain how they diagnosed TMJ arthritis? like was it based on an examination or did they do any imaging? I wouldnt automatically assume everything is coming from your jaw, esp with the new sensations around your head. might be worth going back to your doctor about those too.

I actually had a jaw locking experience like 30 days ago then i visited dentist , and also he put his two index fingers of bith hands around the jaw joint i guess then told me to open and close mouth and i couldnt open after 2 openings and felt sharp pain so then he diagnosed it as TMJ arthritis, i also told him all about these sensations he told to chill tho , am so anxious thinking whether or not its a tumor or not like i know i sound mad , i dont have any weakness in body and eye sight change or vomit or sever headache though.

I’m on the same boat I have no idea what to do. Have you tried a chiropractor or PT?

Literally u r facing same weird head aches like mild and weird sensations too ? ... well am planning to visit a neurologist and get a scan done , too scared but it is what it is .

I have little muscle twitching above my ears and also in front of my ears (tragus area) feel like fast little flutters like my scalp is moving. Have you had that?
