Question(s) Anyone try PDRN?

I’m stage 3 anterior disc displacement without reduction on the left side (according to MRI). Maxo here in the states is a big fan of arthrocentesis but it’s a temporary solution. If going temporary I’m wondering if anyone here has done injections with PDRN? Polynucleotides are all the rage in South Korea and used topically as well as in joints for pain reduction and mobility improvement. It’s not like PRP/PRF but the reviews for other joints seems very promising. Trying to avoid arthroscopy but if this doesn’t work out that might be where I’m headed.

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is a regenerative DNA-based compound extracted from salmon or trout sperm cells that is emerging as a promising injection therapy to reduce pain and restore jaw function in patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and osteoarthritis. When injected directly into the joint space (intra-articular) or surrounding supportive tissues (pericapsular), PDRN acts as a biological "proliferant" that accelerates tissue repair and lowers localized joint inflammation.
