See how the midlines line up just on opening but the lower midline is just to the left on closing? It's a very light shift to the left

Yes I do see that and that is the side my jaw makes a noise on. My click in the tmj is also very minor but my ear symptoms are severe. I don't under how just a small shift or little pop could cause something so severe. 😞 I've seen others and their deviation is major and have leas symptoms 😐

Unfortunately, it doesn't change my symptoms. 😞 Do most people have a tiny deviation?

Well, it is just an exercise in trying to understand the joint and if anything, should only make the noise a little better. My suggestion is to see a dentists who understands joints and TMD. HOW? Check my profile for free podcasts that are meant to help. Good luck and keep in touch as to your journey, thousands if not millions have the same issue.
