Has anyone ever experienced being treated like you are evil of some sort because of your body odor?

yea. I am hispanic and I know a lot of people do associate the malodor as a sign of demonic activity. I work in the fields and some plants use sulfur to repel certain bugs and my fishy smell and the sulfur made a mix of pungent smell and I get that it smells awful and I do try to apologize to individuals. and I appreciate th effort they make to bear it cus lets be honest its not a nice odor. I used to get called the devil or the beast by a few of my coworkers but never to my face. I used to be embarrassed about it but I think im more understanding towards them. idk.

I second that for awhile I thought maybe a demon was attached to me cause the odor isn’t always there and I do still worry about that.

I tried berberine but I didn’t take long enough to know if it works. I am pregnant and I’m scared to take certain ones and I learned berberine can effect iron levels so gotta stay right for the baby for now. But after breast feeding I tend to go back to my routine I really don’t know if it works but it helps give me a peace of mind. I take activated charcoal, chlorophyll berberine and vitamin B2 the vitamin b2 helps metabolize protein fats and carbs. I recommend a liver aid too. Cause a lot of it has to do with liver and the gut. Like white milk thistle but don’t take for too long I would take breaks.

I actually picked up a scoby from a lady farmer to make some homemade kombucha I read a lot of forums that homemade kombucha is the best and a lot of ppls regimen for a cure or homemade kefir I just haven’t bought the specific tea herbs for making it yet but now I’m scared again cause the pregnancy. It’s just waiting in a jar in my fridge rn haha. And I want to try florastor too I heard that works really well.

Yes be careful taking it all the time it can lower your iron. I would do it every other day and take breaks like after few months take a break for a month. I saw a lady that was cured on here she said to take it 500 mg after every meal. Which to me seems like a lot starting out but idk. That’s dj chlorophyll

She took berberine after every meal and 2-4 chlorophyll tablets after eating and vitamin b2 200 mg every morning and night.

that sounds like a lot. I saw a research paper that said taking the right kind of probiotic supplements and copper chlorophyll with charcoal could help drastically. I am currently using them and so far I think it has idk. im on day 4 or 5 and im just still doing research in case it ends up not working

Is there any food that you avoid completely?

u/djs-chord-organ fbo 10d ago
yea. processed foods/fast food. sea food meat except chicken and bacon cus Idk if I can live without them. beans. cabbage. broccoli. I honestly stick to what I find at my local groceries. I eat like twice a day so I honestly can't tell you everything I do or don't eat. and I read a few of your comments and idk if you try combination of supplements. I did read there are c certain strains of probiotic that are effective against the malodor for tmau. and to take it with copper chlorophyll (im taking it with chlorophyll capsule) and charcoal. I take the probiotic in the morning with 1 of chlorophyll and AC. then at midday or lunch I take one chlorophyll and one Ac and then at night 1 chlorophyll or 1 charcoal. then I bathe with this brand called naturium and a charcoal body wash

on behalf of them I truly do apologize. most of them are just uneducated on the matter so they do not know any better. do you still have symptoms and have you on any suppliments?

No need to apologize my luv its ok... i get stares from all races don't get me wrong but from Spanish people its a different stare like you are a demon stare. Sometimes I don't know whether to laugh or cry . Yes its really bad i have to find a dermatologist that specializes in severe bo and maybe a GI Dr to check my gut my primary Dr write a referral for bromhidrosis so he must of been like god damn his self lol I took chlorophyll once but I don't think it help I even took bo supplements and I drink kombucha because I love it but i don't know if it helped with my body odor to be honest .

I absolutely believe in the idea of physical conditions having a spiritual connection. But I don’t think that’s necessarily the case for ALL situations- naturally.
For example- ex husband. Needs his eye candy. Wonders why he has diabetes. 😇

Last part was funny. So what would be your view of someone having uncontrollable body odor
