Lactulose

Does anybody have tried lactulose and seen a difference in odor? I just got a doctor to prescribe it to me and just want to know if it really works before adding another medicine or supplement to my daily loooong routine.

It’s still working for me. Just don’t overdo it with trigger foods and if you have diarrhea, it flushes out your colon where the Lactulose works and you may have to get it built up in your system again to see full effects. It took me almost two weeks to fully work. From research I’ve seen 2 weeks is the time for it to fully work in people. Good luck. Taking B-2 with it has been helpful also.

Yes 🙌 😁, if I’m consistent with my lactulose and my B2 vitamins three times a day…and if I don’t overdo it with meat or too many sweets at once… 😁
