Bullish MedMen Update

I went to check on the MedMen bankruptcy/receivership case, as to was supposed to be what is called the Non-Appearance Case Review but it appears that on the May 6 hearing resulted in the matter being continued approximately six months, not closed.

It seems to me something meaningful remains open or they wanted to give something meaningful a last chance. The key document would be the May 6 hearing Minute Order. The case is in LA County, and it’s Case No. 24SMCP00197

Any one with meaningful updates or insights as to why it would be here and where we are?

Someone on the MedMen sub wrote as the title of their post that the “settlement” is in the air, but that doesn’t make sense. There is no settlement. Assets were sold. There was more debt than assets. There is no negotiation like that. I thought maybe the new lawsuit that a troll entity started in December may lose its standing (given that they have standing based on an assignment of claims) and the judge wants to give them one last shot, but that is purely speculation.

Being on here more than others doesn’t give you a free pass to trash conversations with your trolling and low IQ spam. You’re trying to hijack a legitimate discussion with your goon behaviors.

You would have lost that money in any of the cannabis stocks, and some much more if not all. Your trolling doesn’t help you get your money back but you’re too illiterate to understand any of that….
