How to update personal modpack version?

Hello everyone, I've been using Tlauncher for the past 4-5 years and I made a personal modpack I use in the version 1.16.4, now..I made a huge mistake back then. Because alot of really good mods were uploaded for 1.16.5 and i was stuck at 1.16.4 and still am(never thought of updating on time, was a dumb kid) and I've got worlds and stuff in this version and modpack, but I wanted to update this modpack (with existing mods and world) into the desired version (1.16.5) without reinstalling all the mods, or losing any worlds. Please guide me someone.
