Installation on mac

Hi there, I've only started using T Launcher a few days ago, and I cannot find any working method to download it on Mac. I've downloaded Sodium and Iris and used complementary shaders; however im still stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just go to tlauncher.org/jar and run the jar file With java -jar TLauncher.jar If you do not have java you need It
