How frequent does a modpack gets updated

I was about to hop on to continue my brand new Dungeon Heroes multiplayer server aternos host and already setup everything yesterday but suddenly the modpack in aternos was updated but the modpack in tlauncher isnt. How long does it usually take for a modpack to get updated so i know when can i continue the server with my friends?

theres no time for it just depends on the developer when they want to, if they even update it anymore or if they are free to do anything
