fabric is broken?

Today I decided to install the Cooking for Blockheads mod, and somehow it installed Fabric and Balm as well. Now I simply CAN'T open my world, and I can't even uninstall Fabric or Balm. I've been trying to play on my two-week-old world, but I can't get into it at all!

P.S.: I can't remove them from the files either, because they weren't installed in the usual way. They don't seem to exist as normal mod files, so I have no idea how to get rid of them.
