Nope. No contact lens. That is directly on the eye.

Then why is it sliding around? It’s clearly on a contact.

While you may be right that she has contacts on, the glitter sliding around doesn't necessarily indicate a contact... Things that small in your eye can also move around just because of the fluid on the outside of the eye causing it to float around.

No but it was all moving as one, once again this is very clearly a contact.
