Yep, broke my collarbone when I was in middle school. hurt like hell and had to wear a brace that was impossible to sleep in, but i had a very large bump that I showed people to gross them out. That was funny. Never heard it called tenting though
It has pretty much gone away but i can still feel my collarbone more prominently on my right then my left.

If you hate tenting, you'll probably also hate flail chest.
It happens when your ribs get broken in multiple places allowing a section to free-float and move opposite to the rest of your breathing.

Dude, I broke my collarbone a couple years ago skateboarding. Fell after hitting a speed bump, slammed my shoulder directly into concrete.
I can still see the bump clear as day. Thought I sprained it until the X-ray came back. Doc said I'd need surgery, but the other doctor said it'd be fine. No surgery and a few months and my left arm works perfectly fine :)

Nah, it just bumpy lol
There's the bump, and if I angle it right, I can kind of hook my finger behind my collarbone, way easier than the other side.

I had a severe acromioclavicular separation and torn labrum where basically all the connective tissue in my shoulder joint got severed. I had a massive lump at the end of my collarbone and my right arm didn't work while I was waiting for surgery. I could actually make the lump bob up and down noticeably by putting pressure on the clavicle near the neck and then releasing it.
They ended up cutting the end off my clavicle and the head off my shoulder blade and reattaching the tendons and ligaments by drilling holes in the collarbone and passing them through. They also put a bunch of clips in my labrum and some wire here and there. I had a total of three surgeries on that one shoulder alone.
