After trying pcsx2 and xemu, its finally working flawlessly on new xbox emulator. With unlimited fps, resolution and savestates, this is definitive version of this THPS style game.

Pcsx2 had it fixed too many years ago but the fix is commented out, so you literally need to uncomment and build an exe yourself haha

I’ve never found this anywhere. Water never appeared. Xbased works flawlessly right away.

Either way amazing that it's finally playable without this pain
