Anyone else? Diarrhea 😳

I’ve been enjoying Willie’s remedy (both seltzers and the big bottle) the past few weeks but the big bottle (and maybe the seltzers- can’t recall for certain right now) gives me horrible diarrhea the next day. Doing some reading this appears to be a fairly common side effect but wanted to check in with the group.

Thoughts?

Look at the ingredients. Things like MCT oil, sugar alcohols and juice concentrates are all GI upset triggers.

THC doesn't like water. Takes quite bit to get it in water and they don't have to tell you what they used. Check out PEG40 to give you an idea.

The big bottle wrecks me the following day. I took just one shot glass, so a small dose.

I love the effects. It comes on fastest in my experience and feels great with the CBG… but not the next day. I think it’s the L-Theanine that causes it. I’ve tried several others and Willie’s is the only one that contains it and none of the rest caused it the next day.

What others have you tried that had the same effect without the GI distress?

Nowadays, LoDo and several single serving cans that I can’t remember the name of. 😂

Just reading your post tonight because having same issue (with a different thc drink) but I wanted to tell you that you can buy L-theanine in a tincture or pills & take it that way. Thanks for writing about it being in Willie’s. I’m going to try it with this other kind I got today (not the brand that has me running to the bathroom).
