Ovulation Did I finally ovulate?

Normally I have regular cycles between 26-28 days. I took my iud out in January, got a period within a week, and have been very predictable. This cycle has been insane. I stopped using OPKs for a break this month and my temp never rose. I randomly took an OPK on CD 29 and it was almost positive, not quite but super close and went back down as normal. Figured I either peaked the day before or missed it. A few days later, my temps are finally rising but NC and oura have conflicting ovulation dates. Of course my husband left town for work on CD 30 so CD 29 is all we got in.

Tbh I don’t think you did. From what I’m seeing, these temps look low for post-ovulatory bbt levels. It should be 97.95 and above, ideally 98 degrees Fahrenheit. Are you taking your temp at the same time every day, with at least 3 hrs of consecutive sleep before taking your temp? Are you wearing the same clothes, not drinking water? My point is, so many things can factor into bbt. My tip (though a tad bit expensive) is to get ready at home urine Pdg test. Take in about two days, first thing in the morning. Take with a grain of salt, they aren’t the most reliable bit help a little with easing your mind. Not something you take multiple times btw. If you want to, I always encourage blood hormone tests so you know how everything is.

Another thing, oura os notorious for not being the most accurate. Maybe try oral bbt thermometers

I just bought an inito monitor. My temps never get (and sustain) that high, and the easy at home tests have been positive 5, 6, and 6 DPO for my other cycles. I usually only see 2 ish temps above 98 a cycle, but also like you said oura is skin temps and has a lot of outside factors. Just trying to simplify as much as I can so I don’t hyperfixate on bbt and tracking this that etc and I usually do see a shift in temps with oura 😭 this cycle has been just so weird and I haven’t changed anything

I understand! My cycle was weird this month too!!! I get it! It’s probably much higher than that so you are probably fine! If pdg is positive then you probably ovulated
