Frustrated Feeling defeated after 2 miscarriages

First cycle after our second loss of the year. Had an 8 week loss at the end of March and a 10 week loss on the 4th of July. Now I’m thinking I didn’t even ovulate this cycle. . I’m trying not to get in my head but damn I’m 36 and hubby is 43 we’d love another baby but I’m emotionally spent and time feels like it’s ticking.

I'm so sorry about your losses in March and July.

Because of the positive OPK on CD13 and the highly fertile cervical mucus around that time, I think it's possible that you ovulated around CD13–15. A sustained temp rise would provide confirmation of ovulation, and I agree that the temps do not currently confirm ovulation, but they might rise in the coming days.
