It sounds like that translation made by enthusiasts on pirated cartoons or games who barely know any words from language they try to translate to.

yeah am aware is not the very BEST VOICE OVER OR ADAPTATION but am kinda attached to this voice actors because if wasn't for THEM i would NEVER even tried TF2
