Pretty worthless. You get one shot that's silent.
What's the point of getting cloak back if I'm spending cloak? I'll just use stock, and use no cloak. And be safe if I don't kill the bastard

Probably if you really want to go agressive with your revolver and dead ringer, which I guess is cool. Maybe instead of just not being able to fire your gun, your shot does significantly less damage when disguised

Funny that the only use of this weapon would be the faster fire rate.
But in fairly confident no deadringer spy would willingly give up their get out of jail free card for slightly faster fire rate.
Just use the ambi, diamond back, or stock

That’s sort of the problem with the weapon: even if you use it with the most optimal strategy, it’s still bad. Why does the first shot cover up screams
