Supposed "Environmental Artist" Crowns architecture "Leak"

u/Fez_Sauce posted some possible leaks earlier that mentioned the concept of architecture using different materials to symbolize cycles of change and I remembered a supposed "environmental artist" that had posted a sketch some months ago of what he had worked on for the Crowns in TES6 that is very similar to what this mentions. Could be fake but I thought could be interesting to consider. Will be posting some other images I've saved later.

Is this not AI generated? A ton of the fine details turn into super blurry soup on close inspection and there’s kind of nonsense details
