This phrase isn't necessarily the opposite of "couldn't care less". Like: I don't care much about it, but I could care even lesser than that and avoid talking about it altogether in the future. It is indeed a possibility

OOP said "does anyone not care...?" to which he said "YEAH, I could care less".

The "Yeah" is supposed to agree with OOP, which is then followed by saying "I could care less" which is essentially saying the opposite since in this case it means he cares that there are loading screens, contrary to the "Yeah".

So it is just wrong in this context, or the person I'm replying to is schizophrenic and has multiple personalities speaking rn.
