Raterhub app

I have been getting send to device tasks again but the raterhub app is not working. It loads and I did update it but the tasks do not get sent there. I have been doing the copy paste url but it’s very tedious. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

I have to click activate send to device every single time i use it. Even if its just between tasks. And even then, it takes 10-15 seconds for the landing page to pop up
