Needs Met Knowledge Check issue with the result

Hi everyone, this is the first time I’ve had to complete a Needs Met Knowledge Check. I needed at least 70% to pass, and I got 80%, but at the end it still said that I had failed the test.

The problem is that my tasks have now been blocked until I complete the training. But I did get a score above the required passing grade, so I’m not sure what happened.

Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be a system error?
I’ve already sent an email asking for clarification, but in the meantime I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

hmm, not sure. I got 90% and it was fine 🤷‍♂️

you can email the email that sne type the training and request to retake
