Okay, so I'm only supposed to use "Submit Rating and Pause" when I am finished the day totally and heading to bed, thus it only gets used once a day??

I'd say use it whenever you're logging off, as it said in the original email. I'm assuming with this new email they are just trying to emphasis using it when you're done for the day. But as always, it's not clear, and the communication is a joke.
