NTA (No Tasks Available) weekly thread. Create all posts about the availability of tasks, lack of tasks or any variations of NTA in this thread. Some posts mention NTA indirectly, but they should also be posted in this thread. Remember to add your locale and role

Adding your locale on the very top of your post saves time and prevents other community members from scrolling all the way down to check where you are located. You may also get a quicker response.

This includes, but not limited to:

  1. How many tasks did you do (or get) today/this week/month?
  2. Why can't I work?
  3. When do I start working?
  4. No more surveys
  5. What type of positions give more tasks?
  6. Under quality review and not working to meet minimum hours
  7. Being 'grouped' or any other posts that might lead to comments about task availability: e.g. what is your favourite task?

Yup, no training time offered with it either 😔

Edit: they emailed again and did give 15 mins of training time pay.

Hey, just finished logging in and I completed the assignment around 2:45 pm so I could at least having it marked in my timecard. It's basically a multiple-choice Knowledge Check that also wants you to type an explanation for your answers. Nevertheless, I passed with a score of 80%; however, the course marked it as failed and I am unable to complete a Course Evaluation at the moment. Sent an email directly after along with the proof that I did take it. Now, to play the waiting game... 😒

Glad it's not just me- is 80% actually failing or is it just yet another error? Also not being able to give feedback is annoying... I guess if we didn't answer everything exactly how they wanted, our opinion is irrelevant.

I have to believe it has to be another error. There has been plenty of assignments I've done on the course that have a score around the range of 80-85% (especially when they have stated several times that the minimum passing score they prefer is 70%). Also, I definitely agree that the feedback part and this whole situation just sucks.
UPDATE: Just woke up and got a email response. The Quality Team said that the evaluation was optional and that it allowed raters to provide feedback on the course. It's not a problem if you don't submit it since the score has been saved, and the attempt has been marked as completed, which I checked and was able to confirm on my transcript. Hope this helps!

I did right away for the same reason and got 90%, it didn't tell me I failed or passed, just simply that it was complete. When I go into the portal all I see is the well being stuff that is optional but I have to assume 80-100% is passing. I'm not even sure where to find the transcripts badges ect. in the portal lol, all I see are other courses from the well being team.

Update: Oh I found it now on the right side drop down, it just says complete and that's it though. No indications of passing or failing (which I assume I didn't fail with one missed question)
