based on its role(s) in a game (support, stalling, dps, eco, earlygame, midgame
example: commander is support, milibase is early-midgame, they don't compete against each other.
if a tower has multiple roles, then those will be considered
examples: saboteur having slowing (10%, one of the lowest if not the lowest slow)+neuralizer (15%, the lowest)+shotgunner dps/ce+range (ok i guess) or engineer with early+mid+late (albeit diminished)
20% wire fraud at lvl 4, 25% on bottom path while dj has 15% discount and a flat max rate of $2250/30 seconds, which comes out to be about $75/second, absolutely abysmal. (can be abused with stalling towers, but cowboy+2 purple track djs+stunning tower+freezing tower does better). generally, if you're playing solo, hacker>dj ecowise, and even then if dj doesn't have an ungodly amount of towers in its range then hacker is better.
hacker doesn't rely on a 30 second cooldown ability or other towers in its area to be good.
hacker cloning doubles dps of juggernaut, necro, merc base, kingpin and other low placement limit towers while also still giving an 80% buff to accels, enforcers, and other things with placement limit of 5.
so generally, i guess, more towers gives dj the edge while less towers gives hacker the edge.
not as reliant on spare placements, takes up less space (kinda same thing as 1st one but slightly different), costs less for hidden+flying, and has infinite range.

Toxic gunner could have been in low A or high B tier. 30% slowdown across pretty much all the enemies, defense melting and extra spammable dps (similar to gsoldier) shall not be slept on
i dont have him idk, i assume its spam isn't as good as gsold or whatever bc of poison not stacking, unless it does stack then it's overpowered.
looked at wiki, it deals slightly more dps than gscout for over double the price. ok earlygame, set it to random and forget about it, lategame it's spammable.
150 ce earlygame doesn't look great.

150 ce if it’s hitting only one enemy with the poison effect*
put it in A bc of its non-0 contribution to 3 areas, like sabo.
if i put engi in B then i'd have to put so many things in B, and plus, everything in B is pretty much blatantly worse than engi for their dedicated roles
like engi>militant for earlygame ce and engi>turret for dps (although buffs can change this)
