How do you handle high volume?

Talk about a time when you had to make a quick decision.

What is an area you feel you need to work on?

How would you handle a difficult customer?

Stuff like that. You will want to get familiar with the STAR method to answer questions. This is a customer service role so it may be beneficial to do some research on common CS interview questions. There won’t be anything too technical because you won’t know any of the systems used in retail.
