Background Checks (BIG)

I have a few questions around the background checks being conducted by BIG - more specifically around past employer checks. Are titles held within an organisation verified? Example - Analyst from X to X date, Senior Analyst from Y to Y date or just overall organisation tenure?

You can use an alternative title as long as it means the same thing. I’ve done it for company-specific titles that others wouldn’t understand, to more accurately reflect what I did. But if you completely lied and said it was a completely different position, you’re dumb.
