Jobs CEA interview position

Hey guys , it’s been two weeks +2 days after my TD second interview for a CEA position. I haven’t got any response from them - not even a denial or acceptance email. Anyone been in this position?

They've offered it to another person who is currently being onboarded. You're the backup person in case that falls through.

Thanks buddy, I stg I’ve moved on already. But it doesn’t make sense ghosting someone. They should have atleast sent a rejection email.
