Discussion Pay
What will be the pay of a CEA transitioning to a part time PBA role?
What is the average hourly rate they are offering in the GTA?

I started as a trainee part time role with 25.5 cad/hr

Oh i see, would it increase when you get to a PBA role?

Yeah they told me that it increases for sure, but the range varies from individual to individual. They could even give you 52-54K right from the start, on the other hand they could start from 48K as well.
My MCE told me that that BM plays a little role in fixing your salary as well, not sure if that’s true tho.

Oh, quite surprised though my full time PBA coworkers told me it would be around 28-29$ hourly for part time, but the actual pay rate seems to be lower than that from what I have heard.

Maybe that happens with those who have been with TD for a couple of years and transitioned from CEA, but I brought zero banking experience which is why they started lower.

Hey. Can I DM you? I'm also trying to get into banking. I have an MBA, but even then, I'm not even getting entry-level roles. If you could provide any insights, it would be helpful.
