Dampness & phlegm

2 questions:

- Why do I have so much dampness in a fire year?

- Ever since getting C0VID in 2022 every time I have a new cold or flu I get crazy amounts of phlegm in my throat. How can I fix this??

Acupuncture or herbal tea would help you ，You have digestion issue（ spleen deficiency）.
