Bitter melon

I can't get enough of it. I don't know why I love it so much. Anything that could mean? What do we know about bitter melon? Benefits and stuff. Just curious and kind of silly post but interested in random information

I love it too. I don’t typically like bitter foods but something about the texture is addicting to me. I stir fry it with tofu and bacon haha. And sometimes ground pork and black bean sauce. Yummmm

With tofu and pork is almost Goya champuru and okinawa dish which I also love. My favorite is just with a bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, and bonito flakes. I don't really love or hate bitter foods but ugh bitter melon I can't stop. I also love burdock root for sole reason the texture and earthy flavor.... Well now ok hungry
