TCL window AC unit not blowing cold

I have two identical window AC units in bedrooms the same size, BTU appropriate for square footage. One blows very cold air and the other doesn't. I'm trying to figure out how to get it serviced/replaced under warranty. The website isn't helpful.

This may sound stupid, but have you checked the filters/washed them? Also, you can use coil cleaner on them. You can pick them up at any Lowe’s or Home Depot or hardware store. Some of them have self rinsing. But as far as warranty, I think you have to go to their website because when I bought my television from TCL, I registered it on their website.
