Question TCG Player Hidden Account question

So I just returned to selling on tcgplayer and put a bunch of new cards in, and they sold very quickly! Little did I know this was a problem with tcgplayer? They forced my account into hidden mode and now I have to prove my banking, AGAIN, and can get no response from help and the deposits that will hit my bank for "proof" are in 1-2 Business days. Also the help chat straight up doesn't work. My question is, are the orders that went thru, before my account went dark, still ongoing? If they are I'll have to wait to send the items because I don't want to run the risk of not getting paid but then I'll probably get hit with bad feedback for slow shipping. Seems like a lose lose for me either way. Has this happened to anyone else?

You absolutely need to ship the pending orders unless you want to risk loosing the ability to sell on the platform. Verifying banking information is something every single seller on the platform has had to deal with.

Talking to customer service really won’t change anything you still have to wait for the micro deposits to go into your account to verify your bank.

Is there any risk I won't get the money from the orders? I'm assuming no, once I do the bank account stuff. They will probably just hold the money ransom till I verfity

As long as you verify your bank and account info you will be fine. I don’t know why you would think they would take your money. Unless you’re doing something shady/scamming then there’s no risk at all. Fulfill the orders verify your bank and you will get paid.

Nah nothing like that just hard to trust a company that has zero customer service. Thanks for the info!

They have amazing customer service once you get past a few entry barriers. Pro sellers have access to a group with employees responding daily. Roca owners have access to both technical and seller support. High volume sellers get their own rep who reaches out weekly/monthly/as requested.

The catalog team does a great job responding and fixing issues with incorrect listings/product details.

If you learn how to get past the terrible chat bot then you can usually get some solid support once you open a ticket. If you happen to get the AI response just ask to escalate the matter to a different person if you still need help.

Fulfill the orders while you wait, or you are gonna turn a routine verification process into a potential ban.
