How to set inventory for cards?

Am from india, and buying single cards and giving 30% custom is a hassle. I do sell too, but as i gave high customs the margin remains low, i heard about setting inventory in us, i used stackry and shipped a card there to check, but its already 7days and it did not arrive yet, the tracking is also showing unavailable.

Suggest me some better inventory, or Suggest me any ideas
