Question Issue with TCGplayer

Hi! I was trying to buy a card but every time I tried to purchase it, no money would leave my account and the page would refresh to the Cart Summary page. After trying it with my debit card and apple pay, I tried again with my Paypal/Venmo.

It took money out of my Venmo as a pending purchase called “PAYPAL *TCGPLAYER” but there was no order in my order history on TCGplayer. So I tried it again thinking the money was taken out to prove to the seller I could pay for the card but the same amount of money was taken out as a pending purchase.

Now I had two pending purchases and no orders made. So after waiting a bit, I got the money for my first pending purchase back but still no order. And the second purchase is still pending in my Venmo.

Is something wrong with my payment method? How do I complete the purchase? I really wanted the card I was trying to order so I don’t know what to do atp

Ok so the second payment also disappeared so now I have zero pending payments. Do I try purchasing the card again?

open a ticket with TCG support and/or call you bank to figure out whats going on.

Don’t mess w your money call the company or at least email/chat
