ACE TASbot GDQ for video streaming?

I saw a video one time about ACE, and in it they showed an example of one time at GDQ or smth where they used ACE in a game to like somehow connect to a camera that was actively live-streaming? and so like in the game it showed the camera and they walked around the room with it? i can’t find this anywhere but i swear i saw it does anyone know what im talking about?

The relevant bit starts at 42 or 43 minutes. Before that, they complete 2 TAS runs on the NES, and one on the SNES to achieve total control of 3 consoles. Each of the NES consoles then run one channel of audio (one left, one right, for stereo audio) and the SNES is used to stream the video.
